Step away from your daily routine and enjoy fun, pressure-free art sessions with other women. With my experise, I bring in a variety of artistic medium including wool felt, watercolor, and more. I make it easy and fun for you, with hands on help that you may not get in typical paint parties and groups! Each month I have a new creative project for you to enjoy. You do not have to be an artist to enjoy the benefits of art. It is a proven relief from stress and a boost to brain function and problem-solving by activating that portion of our brains. In summary, it is good for your health, and you get the bonus of getting together with other wonderful women! Please bring a snack, water, or soda, (no alcohol) to share with the group!
